Early check-in or late check-out - Our standard check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. - If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inquire about availability. - An additional fee of $20 Canadian dollars per hour if applicable. House Rules NO PARTIES or EVENTS (A fine of $500 will be applied and reservation will be cancelled) Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (family neighborhood) No shoes inside the house (shoe storage by entrance) Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Smoking Policy - This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the building, smoking in the unit will cause the smoke detector to go into alarm. (Smoking allowed only 10 meters away, windows closed. Deodorizing fine: $500–$1,000) - If you need to smoke, please do so 10ft outside of the building. - Kindly note a fine of $300 will be charged if the cleaning crew reports smoke smells in the unit. 📌 If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
