Tenants reside in the lower unit with a separate entrance—please be mindful of noise. The main living area of the property is located on the second floor, which is accessible via three flights of stairs, each with eight steps. Parking One parking spot is included. Please park on the right-hand side of the driveway. One additional parking spot may be arranged for daily $10—kindly notify us in advance. Smoking Policy This is a non-smoking, no-party property. A $300 fine will be charged if our cleaning team detects smoke odors in the unit. Check-In / Check-Out & Cleaning Most cleanings are completed by 4:00 PM, and we do our best to have the unit ready on time. However, on rare occasions—especially when early check-ins or late check-outs are requested—final preparation may be delayed. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that as long as the unit is fully cleaned and ready by 8:00 PM on your check-in day, no compensation, refund, or credit will be provided for any delay.
