Kwan hosted myself and family for a Christmas gathering. Beautiful home, already had a Christmas tree up, lots of space and their house was professionally cleaned. Kwan was active throughout our stay and helped us figure out how to work the tv. Kwan’s house supplied everything that we needed. Location was perfect. We stepped out to run to dollarama which was 3 min drive , also lots of food places to eat from and couple gas stations in the area. Will definitely book with Kwan again in the near future.

Modern and very nice room, which was quite spacious, and a helpful attentive host. The 8 minute walk to the bus stop in the cold haha, but seriously not a deal breaker for me.

The neighborhood and host, including the room itself were amazing! Street parking is available only during the day, will need a permit from 12am to 7am at night. Our vehicle did not fit in the garage so we purchased an Ontario parking permit.

I had a wonderful stay here as a solo female traveller. The host went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and welcoming. The place is spotless, well-equipped with all the necessities, and the keypad entry made me feel completely safe and secure. The shared kitchen is tidy and easy to use. It’s an ideal place for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The host truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. The townhouse is newly built, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. The shared kitchen is clean and organized, and the other professionals in the house are respectful and considerate of the space. It really felt like a home away from home — I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and welcoming place. Luxury vinyl floor, equipped kitchen and spotless washroom.

close to the heart of richmond hill and communication with kwan and jason was straight forward without any problems. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in richmond hill

This was a great home away from home while we got work done on our home. Kwan was very responsive to all our requests and a delight to interact with. My favourite parts were the quiet neighbour with great appeal for dog walks during the day, and the workspace and high speed WIFI which allowed for me to continue work.

We had such a great stay! The place was super cozy and had everything we needed — we absolutely loved the interior design of the space, it felt so warm and stylish. Jason was amazing, always quick to help out whenever we needed anything and made us feel really welcome. Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Kwan is a great host! Friendly and understanding. This place is 10/10 and worth every penny man. The photos match the description and I had a great time. This place is so beautiful with each creative touch. The place is sickkk and worth every dollar. You won’t regret it
