NOT ALLOWED AT ALL in the house. — You get your own parking spot in front of the house for 2~3cars OR SUV, — Cleaning stuff is inside the closet and also under the kitchen sink. — Smart thermostat premium for heating and cooling. It is installed outside the washroom door on the wall beside the kitchen. As hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! - NO SMOKING in the property area. ( Fine between $1500 to $2000 to remove odour and stains). You can smoke outside 10 meters away from the property and close all the windows. - No shoes within the house. There is shoe storage right next to the door. - Keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm to 7 am. It's a family neighbourhood. - If the Guest throws up / Vomits in the house on beds, furniture, couch then an extra cleaning fee will be charged $60. - In the washroom Please ONLY throw the toilet paper in toilet. Don't throw any garbage in to the toilet, because it can cause plumbing issues. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs/ weapons/illegal social behaviour/fireworks of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES or PLACE in the dishwasher upon check-out. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - If you need any help with how to use washer dryer, stove, microwave etc you can always ask. If you have difficulty operating that then plz contact the host. - PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway side by side. - Home is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. - Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - If you would like to host an event (i.e. Engagement, birthday, graduation, but not party), please speak with us about it first. ( More than 6 people not allowed). - If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - In any emergency OR if needed, the owner can come and check the property. In winter always watch your steps when you walk around property because of snow and ice. we always try to clean snow , but sometimes weather is unpredictable.
